Biden Approval Hits Lowest Point of Presidency

President Biden’s steadily declining popularity with Americans has hit a new low. In the weeks since the botched Afghanistan withdrawal President Biden’s approval ratings have been in an unstoppable freefall. Now, Quinnipiac University says that less than 40% of Americans approve of the job Biden is doing.

Newsmax reports:

The Quinnipiac University survey found 38% approve of Biden’s job performance, while 53% disapprove. Last month, a Quinnipiac poll showed 42% approved and 50% disapproved.

More than half of Americans — 55% — say the Biden administration is not competent in running the government.

The drop reflects a sharp loss of support among independents.

In a breakdown by party, 94% of Republicans disapprove of the job Biden’s doing, and 60% of independents give him a thumbs down. But 80% of Democrats approve of his job performance.

The latest poll follows a distinct pattern from other pollsters that have also reported similar findings amongst American voters.

Biden’s vice president is also experiencing a dip in approval ratings after she’s seemingly done nothing to fix the border crisis she was put in charge of by Biden. Other pollsters have claimed Kamala Harris is the most unpopular vice president in modern history, however, her approval ratings seem to be floating just above Biden’s.
