Virginia Dems Plant Dubious and Dishonest Signs in the Final Hours of the VA Election

The Virginia gubernatorial election has been a wild ride and the Democrats have been on the back foot since day one of the campaign. As a result of trailing behind, Democrats have resorted to some extremely shady practices in an effort to drag Terry McAullife, a Democrat, over the finish line.

Today, election day, we have seen some of the most egregious efforts on part of the Democrats to win this race. In the dark of the night, new political signs were posted all around the Northern Virginia area that paint Glenn Youngkin as being more like Trump than he actually is.

The sign displayed reads “YOUNGKIN=TRUMP” reminiscent of Trump’s Make America Great Again campaign materials. The issue at hand is that these signs are not from the Glenn Youngkin campaign or any Republican group for that matter. These signs are from the Democratic Party of Virginia.

As you can see on the bottom of the sign, it was paid for by the Democratic Party of Virginia.

This is another attempt by the Democrats in Virginia to paint Glenn Youngkin as a Trump-style politician when this simply isn’t the case.

Glenn Youngkin is a fairly moderate Republican, he has to be in order to win an election in the state of Virginia. Glenn Youngkin has not even made an appearance with former President Trump and Youngkin was not supported by Trump in the Republican primary.

This is not the first time the Democrats have tried to tie Trump to Youngkin in an effort to score political points. A Democrat group ran ads in rural areas of Virginia that claimed Trump didn’t support Youngkin and pushed Republican voters to sit out of the election.

This two-faced strategy is a last-ditch effort to push Terry McAuliffe, who is extremely unpopular, over the finish line.

This race has been subject to several controversies and the issues that are impacting it have been difficult to handle. The main issue in this race has been education, Loudoun county public school has been a hotbed of CRT education and has been subject to one of the worst controversies public schools have seen in a long time. There was a sexual assault that occurred in a girl’s bathroom at the school, a young girl was assaulted by a boy in a dress who was abusing the school’s open bathroom policy. Worse yet, the school board tried to cover up this story and had the father of the victim arrested when he made an appearance at a school board meeting.

The two-faced advertising strategy might work well enough to push McAuliffe over the finish line. These signs were planted the night before election day along the main roads people take to get to polling locations all throughout the Northern Virginia area. This is the most egregious example of deceptive political advertising in modern political history.
