What Meme Led to This Censure? 

Anyone familiar with Rep. Paul Gosar will tell you that he frequently posts and shares memes online via his twitter account, this meme is alleged to have stepped over the line. 

The video that Gosar posted to twitter was a spoof of a Japanese Anime called Shingeki no Kyojin(Attack on Titan). The video showed Rep. Gosar, as an anime character, “attacking” various democrat figures such as Joe Biden, also as anime characters. The video depicted these Democrat figures as the inhuman beasts seen in the show.
