Speaker of the House 

The position of Speaker of the House goes to whatever member of Congress is in charge of the majority party. For the Democrats, this is Nancy Pelosi and for the Republicans that would be Kevin McCarthy. If the GOP wins big in 2022, which is the expected result considering the current polling data, then McCarthy will become the Speaker of the House and Steve Scalise will become the Majority Leader.
