Covid Pandemic-5% 

The Covid-19 Pandemic was only the most important issue to 5% of Americans. 5% is a lot of people, that’s several million but considering the amount of policy attention and media coverage this issue gets, 5% is low. Issues like this are never that simple to solve, there certainly would not have been a notable percentage of people in the early 1900s who wanted the government to address Spanish flu as top priority.
