Kyle Rittenhouse Should Sue These Monsters Until They Scream for Mercy

As Kyle Rittenhouse recovers from his murder trial last month and savors his acquittal on all counts, he and his attorneys should be preparing to sue into bankruptcy everyone who spewed the ugliest, nastiest lies against him. This tornado of untruths began soon after he shot in self-defense three fellow white men, two of them fatally. And the lies continued, even after a Kenosha, Wisconsin, jury found him not guilty on all counts.

Rittenhouse should sue the following individuals and groups for defamation of character. Their reputation-demolishing lies about him were launched without any evidence whatsoever. And the liars who did this should pay until it hurts. Rittenhouse’s tormentors should find this litigation, at best, excruciating.

*Atop this list: None other than Joseph Robinette Biden. While running for president, Biden issued this Twitter post attacking Donald J. Trump.

“There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night.”

Biden illustrated this vile Twitter message with a photo of Rittenhouse holding his rifle during the riots that rocked Kenosha. This would have deceived any reasonable person into thinking that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.

Drew Holden, whose dedicated Twitter thread details the tsunami of lies aimed at Rittenhouse, remarked: “I want to pause to drive that point home: the most powerful man on the planet used his influence & authority to libel a teenager while said teenager faced spurious, politically driven charges.”

As Rittenhouse himself said on Tucker Carlson Tonight: “Mr. President, if I could say one thing to you: I would urge you to go back and watch the trial and understand the facts before you make a statement. It’s actual malice. Defaming my character for him to say something like that.”

Next on the list of Rittenhouse’s potential legal targets:

*U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D – Connecticut). He said via Twitter: “I wonder why a deranged white nationalist Trump supporter would show up to a protest with a rifle and start shooting people.”

*U.S. Representative Sean Patrick Maloney (D – New York), chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, reacted to Rittenhouse’s verdict as follows: “It’s disgusting and disturbing that someone was able to carry a loaded rifle into a protest against the unjust killing of Jacob Blake, an unarmed Black man, and take the lives of two people and injure another…”

Maloney, a member of the U.S. House leadership, should know better than to disseminate such total misinformation.

Jacob Blake is alive. He was shot and paralyzed but is most assuredly alive. Also, he was not unarmed. He waved a knife at police during an incident of potential domestic violence. Blake’s shooting triggered the Kenosha riots, which eventually prompted Rittenhouse’s defensive actions.

*Referring to Rittenhouse, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D – Minnesota) wrote: “A domestic terrorist executed two people…”

*Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (D – Massachusetts) declared, “A 17-year old white supremacist domestic terrorist drove across state lines armed with an AR 15.”

*Joe Scarborough, host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, said Rittenhouse was “just running around, shooting and killing protesters.” He called him “an active shooter” who “drove across state lines with an AR-15 and started shooting people up.” He also dubbed him a “self-appointed militia member…unloading 60 rounds.”

*MSNBC’s Joy Reid denounced Rittenhouse as an “armed teenage vigilante.”

*According to MSNBC’s Tiffany Cross, it is “disgusting” to see members of Congress “celebrate this little murderous white supremacist.”

*Disgraced former FBI official Peter Strzok said on MSNBC: “The statements that he [Rittenhouse] was responding to protect small business owners, that could be read as encouraging vigilante justice.”

*According to the African American Policy Forum: “A 17-year-old with a history of racist and misogynistic social media posts traveled to Kenosha and murdered two protesters. This is white supremacist terrorism.”

*CBS Mornings lied: Rittenhouse “told the jury he murdered two men at a Black Lives Matter protest last year in self-defense.”

*Formerly conservative columnist Max Boot stated, “Trump instigates violence and won’t condemn right-wing terrorists like the alleged shooter in Kenosha, Kyle Rittenhouse, a Trump fan accused of killing 2 people.”

*Broadcaster Ana Navarro-Cardenas said: “Innocent people, who had nothing to do with the police shooting in Wisconsin, are being targeted and terrorized AND MURDERED by white supremacist teen-agers with big-ass guns.”

*Law professor Laurence Tribe announced that “Kyle Rittenhouse, the AR-15 toting Trump fanboy who came from Illinois to shoot two unarmed people to death in Kenosha, Wisconsin a couple of days ago…Rittenhouse is just the sort of killer Trump might get a kick out of pardoning.”

*Brian Tyler Cohen of No Lie remarked that Rittenhouse is “a white nationalist who murdered two people.”

*Far-Leftists at Arizona State University invited community members to “Join us to demand” that ASU “protect students from a violent blood-thirsty murderer.”

None of these Rittenhouse haters can cite any evidence that he is a white supremacist. Why? There is no such evidence.

The FBI picked through Rittenhouse’s cellphone with tweezers and microscopes. They found no e-mails, text messages, or Internet searches that indicate he is a white supremist.

Rittenhouse told Tucker Carlson: “I’m not a racist person. I support the BLM movement.” He added: “I believe there’s a lot of prosecutorial misconduct, not just in my case but in other cases. It’s just amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of somebody. If they did this to me, imagine what they could have done to a person of color who doesn’t maybe have the resources I do or is not widely publicized like my case.”

Rittenhouse sounds more like an ACLU spokesman than a black-hating bigot.

Indeed, if anyone in this case displayed white-supremist tendencies, it was Jeffrey Rosenbaum, whom Rittenhouse fatally shot. Some time before the convicted rapist of little boys foolishly lunged for Rittenhouse’s gun, Rosenbaum yelled at someone in a racially mixed crowd in Kenosha: “Shoot me, nigga! Shoot me, nigga!”

Rittenhouse told Tucker Carlson that he watched Rosenbaum scream at him and others in a crowd. “He said, ‘I’m going to effing kill you. I’m going to cut your hearts out, you effing N words’…They [the other protesters] were disassociating with him because he was spewing the N word around, and they just didn’t seem to want to have anything to deal with him.”

How odd that the Left marches against Rittenhouse, despite no proof of racism charges, while defending the man whom eyewitnesses saw and heard dropping N-bombs on camera that very same evening.

To today’s Left, in the right context, a white man hollering, “Nigga!” is a hero.

As far as being a “Trump fan,” Rittenhouse told Carlson:

“I was a pretty big Andrew Yang supporter before all of this…I wasn’t really into politics. I didn’t know much about Trump. I didn’t know much about Biden. I went to a Trump rally because Trump supports the police. He’s a businessman. That’s what I liked about Trump. I didn’t know much about politics. I was just a 17-year-old kid. I liked Andrew Yang. I liked his policy a little bit…I’ve been trying to stay out of politics completely.”

Rittenhouse did not cross state lines with an illegal gun. Rather, he drove the 20 minutes from his home in Antioch, Illinois, and went to Kenosha, where he was a lifeguard and often visited his father, grandmother, and other relatives who resided there. His AR-15 already was in Kenosha, at the home of his best friend’s stepfather. And, under Wisconsin law, it was totally illegal for a 17-year-old to carry and use that type of firearm.

Rather than Scarborough’s “60 rounds,” Rittenhouse shot eight bullets — all in self-defense.

The Rittenhouse haters got everything wrong but the spelling of his name and his skin color. They locked into these lies and chanted them for more than year, even after he was acquitted at trial.

The fact that so many people believe these lies — including numerous individuals who report anecdotally that they thought, until Kyle’s trial, that he had shot two black men — confirms the tremendous damage that these lies and liars have inflicted on Rittenhouse.

Just like Nick Sandmann, Rittenhouse should sue until they collapse everyone who called him a white nationalist, vigilante, etc. This starts with the America’s Lying Scumbag-in-Chief, Biden, all the way down the Left’s ladder into Hell. Rittenhouse should sue these people until they would prefer to be waterboarded.

These reprehensible monsters need to pay and pay big. Maybe then they will stop screaming “Racist” until and unless they actually have proof that someone actually is a racist.

If CNN, MSNBC, and other media outlets start writing $100 million defamation checks, they might instruct their on-air “talent” to practice basic journalism, i.e. check basic facts before blurting out the ugliest speculation and personal prejudices.

With any luck, after Kyle Rittenhouse sues these people silly, he will purchase either his own well-deserved tropical island or at least the biggest mansion in Kenosha.
