Indianapolis, Indiana has become one of the most dangerous cities in America. The once relatively quiet city has hit a new homicide record for two consecutive years. The city saw its 246th homicide in late November and this meant that the city was no better than it was in 2020, which was already a record breaking year for homicide in the city.
