Tennessee 

Tennessee scored a respectable 79/100 with Heritage Foundation. This state has an excellent voter ID system that was ranked as being a solid 20/20 by the organization. The only real complaints to be had with the state is its relatively poor verification of citizenship and failure to bring forward anything meaningful in regards to the election litigation process.
