Missouri 

The state of Missouri was given a 72/100 by the Heritage Foundation. This ties the state of Missouri with Kansas for 10th place on the list of the top 10 states with the highest levels of election integrity. Missouri did a great job at preventing ballot harvesting schemes(3/4) and granting election observers the privileges they need to ensure an election is staying above board(3/3). The state did however struggle in verifying the citizenship of voters(0/3) and allowing the candidates to litigate an election in a reasonable manner(0/3).
