South Carolina was given a respectable 74/100 by the Heritage Foundation. The state had a decent score in regards to the accuracy of its voter rolls(20/30) but has some excellent policies in regards to preventing ballot harvesting and other scams. The state did struggle in identifying those who are helping others fill out ballots. The state totally failed in that area(0/4).
