Arkansas

Arkansas was given an overall score of 78/100 by the Heritage Foundation. Arkansas was given a perfect score in regards to its implementation of voter ID(20/20) and the state has phenomenal policies in regards to election observers. The state did however struggle with the election litigation process and its ability to verify the citizenship of those voting.
