New York 

New York was given an abysmal ranking of 46/100 by the Heritage Foundation. This score is shockingly low considering the size of the state and the amount of electoral votes it is given in Presidential elections, that being said it is only the 10th worst state in the country in regards to election integrity. New York has a horrendous voter ID system and it does practically nothing to stop ballot harvesting schemes. The only redeeming quality for the state is its policies on election observers(3/3).
