David Chipman 

The nomination of David Chipman for ATF Director was a major failure of the Biden administration in many different ways. David Chipman was a member of the Gun Control Lobby in Washington and he was supposed to be the one that filled the most important seat for firearms policy in the country. Biden failed America by nominating the gun grabber and then went on to fail the gun control lobby when he withdrew his nomination after a clear lack of support from his own party.
