Texas Governor to Sue Biden Administration Over Vaccine Mandate for National Guard

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced he plans to sue the federal government over its reconstitution vaccine order for the Texas National Guard.

Fox News reports:

“As the commander-in-chief of Texas’s militia, I have issued a straightforward order to every member of the Texas National Guard within my chain of command: Do not punish any guardsman for choosing not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine,” the letter reads in part.

“Unless President Biden federalizes the Texas National Guard in accordance with Title 10 of the U.S. Code, he is not your commander-in-chief under our federal or state Constitutions. And as long as I am your commander-in-chief, I will not tolerate efforts to compel receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine. Let me be crystal clear: It is the federal government that has put Texas’s guardsmen in this difficult position. As your commander-in-chief, I will fight on your behalf. That is why I am suing the Biden Administration over its latest unconstitutional vaccine mandate,” the letter continued.

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt also tried to block the vaccine mandate for the state’s National Guard but ultimately a federal judge quashed the effort.

The pretending,zombie-in-chief just can’t win.maybe he will see that all his incompetent, unconstitutional, mandates are totally illegal. He thinks he can do everything he wants, whether it’s legal or not.His karma is just coming back to bite him, he knows he isn’t fit for the office,so he’s hanging on by a thread, until his own party throws him out of office,as a traitor.

For Texas and the rest of the states that are tired of this senile idiot in the White House. If the courts do not obey the law then it’s time to secede and have Mr Trump be the real commander in chief.

I fully agree with your thoughts…however, you do realize that when you say you are going to sue Biden Administration, you are suing taxpayers. Biden and his cronies will never pay a dime out of their own pocket…the stand you are taking for the Texas militia is great.

Wife’s youngest brother, triple vaccinated, now sick as a dog with Covid. Her other brother was diagnosed with cancer mere months after being vaccinated. Both were forced by their employers to take the vaccine.

All of these law firms that are suing over paraquat and asbestos need to start suing employers for forcing ineffective and carcinogenic vaccines on their employees.
