Will Be Replacing Ashley Etienne

Jamal Simmons will be replacing Ashley Etienne as VP Harris’ communications director. Etienne left the administration in early December and it has been alleged that the White House struggled to fill her position. Ashley Etienne cited “other opportunities” as the reason for her leaving the administration. This difficulty in finding a new person to take the role would have mostly stemmed from the unpopularity of the administration and the alleged difficulties of working for Harris.
