On Friday, a New York judge dismissed a criminal complaint against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Background: Andrew Cuomo was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, including former employees.
After an investigation into the allegations began Gov. Cuomo stepped down as governor. Ultimately, the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, released a report corroborating the women’s allegations against the Democrat.
Cuomo has denied the allegations against him.
What Happened: An Albany judge dismissed a criminal complaint of “forcible touching.”
The prosecution did not object to the dismissal, stating that they did not have the necessary evidence to procure a conviction.
The Albany court also ruled that the matter would be sealed. (per Fox News)

Years ago in the “Wild West” there was very little law. What they did have never went after those with money, those in power or those that intimidated them. After a while decent people who just wanted to exist in peace realized they had the bad people outnumbered by a huge percentage. They found strength in numbers and also in rope and a few sturdy trees and circumvented the worthless lawmen. Not a pretty sight, but things got cleaned up. A fair judicial system was put in place to protect the innocent and punish (yes, punish, not reform) the guilty. Enter the lawyers to protect the guilty and damn the victims and the pendulum is swinging in the wrong direction again. We need to bring back the rope and trees and decent (hopefully 2nd Amendment supporting) people that realize they are a tremendous majority and who are not afraid of powerful gangs, vicious terrorist organizations like Antifa or BLM, wealthy degenerates like Bill Clinton or Jeffrey Epstein or arrogant a******s like Cuomo.
