The Supreme Court has blocked President Biden’s employer vaccine mandate.
The original order which went into effect on Monday was expected to impact over 80 million American workers. Employers with over 100 workers would be required to receive the Covid-19 vaccine or face fines and penalties.
The Supreme Court upheld the Department of Health and Human Services vaccine requirement for certain healthcare workers.
