Al Franken is still on Twitter and is quite active on the platform despite the massive sexually assault scandal where he was alleged to have forced his tongue into the mouth of one woman and was photographed groping a sleeping woman. These controversies crashed his political career but others have been banned on Twitter for far less and yet he remains.
