Would China get involved in a Russia-US conflict? The short answer is yes, but don’t get confused, China would not move to help the Russians. If the US and Russia were to go to war over the invasion of Ukraine then China would move to quickly take over Taiwan and potentially other Asian countries. This would be the extent of their involvement in a WWIII type conflict.
