Surrender Is Not an Option

During his speech to Congress, President Zelenskyy reiterated the fighting spirit of Ukraine and said his country will not surrender or Russia’s demands.

Mr. Zelensky, speaking from Kyiv, said Ukrainians wouldn’t give up the city, even under daily bombardment. “We have not even thought about it for a second,” he said.
