The NRA is in hot water and the New York Attorney General has made new allegations against the organization that may result in serious penalties for the organization’s leadership.
New York AG Letitia James has amended her complaint against the organization and within this amended document new allegations are being made against the organization. Most of the new allegations revolve around financial mismanagement within the top ranks of the group.
One bright side of this amended filing is that the New York AG is no longer looking to dissolve the organization and is instead looking to punish its leadership for financial mismanagement.
NRA in Danger is a group of NRA members, all of whom are living or above, who are deeply concerned about the organization and its future. This group of members feels that the NRA has made the “worst possible decisions” regarding the organization during the course of AG James’ investigation. This group has gone through the new complaint and picked out the allegations being made.
Here are the new allegations being made against the NRA:

I was an NRA member who let my membership lapse because the dues are relatively expensive and they refused to send a requested financial statement indicating exactly where, in some detail, all the money goes. I understand they engage in legal battles against those governments that violate our 2nd Amendment right. They have failed in many cases as evidenced by those constitutional violations in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California, etc. Until the NRA comes clean on how those millions in dues are spent, they won;’t get any more from me.

Right now it’s time for the American people to get the puppet out. Because it’s the #1 problem. This AG made comments to the people that she would shut down the NRA. So we should take ANYTHING that spew’s out of her mouth with the tinyest grain of salt. She & her lies will not take down the 2nd Amendment! The idea that an AG from New York; especially one that tried to break the organization apart, cares about how the NRA wasted some money is laughable on its face. The NRA “members” she represents are likely Leftists that joined specifically for the purpose of filing this suit. They will have a hard time proving that this or any other trip was purely for personal use given the nature of what the NRA does which requires building relationships that may come in handy at a later time. What a pathetic attempt to save face by the AG. All of which is not to say that I think the NRA has been as aggressive as they should be at defending the 2nd Amendment. They seem to have courted the Establishment so long they are beginning to act like they are apart of it which is quite sad.
