During a speech, former President Trump was anointed “the Great MAGA King” by his successor Joe Biden. While speaking to the 40th International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) convention in Chicago, Biden made a bizarre swipe at Trump and “Make America Great Again” supporters.
According to The Daily Caller:
“My Republican colleagues say these programs to help the working class and middle class people, they say that’s why we have inflation. They’re dead wrong. Under my predecessor, the great MAGA king, the deficit increased every single year he was president. The first year of my presidency, the first year, I reduced the deficit, literally reduced the deficit by $350 billion. First year. And this year, we’re on track to cut the federal deficit by $1.5 trillion, the biggest decline in debt ever in American history.”
Republican Florida Senator Rick Scott’s “Rescue America” proposal was criticized later by the president as he deemed it the “ultra-MAGA plan.” Biden claimed last Wednesday that supporters of Trump and MAGA supporters in general were the most extreme political organization in recent American history.
Scott has stated he believes his proposal should be the focus of the GOP’s agenda moving into the midterms. The proposal focuses on key issues such as education, immigration, public safety and Big Tech.
This isn’t Biden’s first insult to Trump voters lately. Last week Biden called the MAGA movement the “most extreme political organization in American history.”
Only among leftists (Democrats) is making America great a negative thing. President Trump should wear this nickname as a badge of honor. We desperately need MORE of making America great again. How about more of lower costs of fuel and everything else, lower and simpler taxes, the rule of law and the Constitution, religious and other individual freedom, etc., instead of the socialist Democrat agenda.

And really, Biden should credit this year’s projected 1.5 trillion reduction to Joe Manchin, who kept dooming Biden’s Bulid Back Better bill despite tremendous pressure by the Democrats and by the mainstream media. Biden gave that bill a 1.5 trillion price tag, but it could easily have turned out to be twice that amount.
