On Tuesday, a federal grand jury found former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann not guilty of lying to the FBI.
The New York Post reports:
The verdict came midway through the second day of deliberations following a two-week-long trial on a single count of making false statements to a federal agent.
Prosecutors unsuccessfully sought to prove that Sussmann deliberately lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker by claiming not to be acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and an Internet executive when the two met in 2016.
During the sitdown at FBI headquarters, Sussmann handed over two thumb drives and a number of “white papers” that purportedly showed a secret communications channel between the Trump Organization and a Kremlin-linked financial institution, Alfa Bank.
The plan, prosecutor Deborah Brittain Shaw said in her opening statement, was for internet researchers to find disparaging information about Trump and Russia, leak the findings to the press and then for Sussmann to lie to the FBI to spark an investigation into the since-discredited information — all in a bid to create an “October surprise” on behalf of the Clinton campaign.
The ruling delivers a brutal blow to Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the Russia hoax’s origins.
Trump responded to the news on TRUTH Social.
“Our Legal System is CORRUPT, our Judges (and Justices!) are highly partisan, compromised or just plain scared, our Borders are OPEN, our Elections are Rigged, Inflation is RAMPANT, gas prices and food costs are “through the roof,” our Military “Leadership” is Woke, our Country is going to HELL, and Michael Sussmann is not guilty,” raged Trump.

I would say “unbelievable” but that would be a waste of breath! How could have the prosecution agree to seat all those Clinton affiliated jurors?! What did they expect the outcome to be?

The fix was in on this trial before it got started. The Judge’s wife is a Clinton Attorney and most of the jurors are associated with Sussmann or are big time Democrat Contributors. This trial should have been related outside the D.C. Cesspool.

We should all be so lucky to have a Jury so tainted as this one. There is absolutely no justice in this Country if you are a Conservative, but when you can lie to the FBI, give false statements to secure FISA warrants, etc. and walk away scot free, where is the justice. We have people still locked up in solitary because they were at the Capitol in January, who have never had a trial or been prosecuted in any way! BLM and ANTIFA. an burn down public buildings, destroy public property, etc. and never be arrested, and have their rioting called “mostly peaceful demonstrations!” What has this country become under this criminal regime?
