Tesla CEO Elon Musk admitted to voting for a Republican for the first time in his life and even indicated who he’s likely to support for president in 2024.

According to Fox Business:

In an early Wednesday morning Twitter exchange, Musk wrote: “I voted for Mayra Flores – first time I ever voted Republican. Massive red wave in 2022.”

When asked if he would vote for a Republican for president in 2024, Musk simply replied, “TBD.”

A Twitter user then asked him, “What are you leaning towards?” and Musk replied, “DeSantis.”

Musk, 50, went on to say he previously supported Andrew Yang for president, but “DeSantis has a better chance of winning.”

Despite Musk’s early support for DeSantis the Florida governor has not said whether he plans to throw his hat into the ring in 2024. DeSantis has remained focused on his own re-election campaign.

  1. I do not trust Musk. Even his purchase of Twitter seemed to be a dark cloud. Now he is trying to divide REAL (not RINOs) conservatives. If DeSantis runs against Trump it will split conservatives and the evil libs will win again. Trump had everything going great and he needs to step back in and clean up Biden’s mess. This time clean up the swamp.
