Every year the Supreme Court goes into the media cycle over its latest set of decisions, on virtually every decision half the country cheers, while the other half boos. The Supreme Court’s decisions are often maligned as being highly partisan, and Justices often have to eat the label of the legislator for the rulings they pass down.
