Newsom extended a tax credit for people who show “good behavior” regarding green energy. The tax credit was going to drop to 22% this year from its current 30%. After the IRA, they prolonged the credit through 2033.
California elites decided that it’s vital for individuals who are struggling to pay more in taxes and those who can afford luxury cars to pay less. This is the same party that claims to stand up for the little guy.
