In Anthony Fauci’s last address to the country before his retirement, he urged Americans to get COVID tested before they gather with family for the holidays. Fauci has served for 54 years, with four decades of those heading the National Allergy and Infectious Disease Institute. But most Americans will be happy to see the COVID specialist leave due to his questionable leadership during the pandemic.
During the press conference, Fauci continued to push vaccines and spread fear to those who have not been vaccinated, “”The real danger is in the people who have not been vaccinated. If we’re going to see a problem this winter, it’s going to be among those people.”
He also told Americans that they should test themselves for COVID before they gather with family for Thanksgiving and Christmas:
Dr. Fauci says you should get a covid test before you have Thanksgiving dinner with your family. I don’t think I’ve ever hated anyone more in American politics than Fauci. Not even a close second, honestly. pic.twitter.com/XaUU5llTrN

Lastly, Fauci responded to reports that Congress will investigate him now that Republicans have the majority, saying, “If there are oversight hearings, I absolutely will cooperate fully and testify before the Congress.”
