2024 Presidental candidate Donald Trump is seeking to sign an executive order if he retakes office in 2024 that will end all federally funded gender transition therapy – regardless of age. During his time as President, Trump was criticized for his move to allow doctors and hospitals to deny gender-changing transgender patients on religious or moral grounds, as well as instituting the famous media talking point of the trans military ban.

As the Democratic party is accepting of transgender students of primary school ages, Trump intends on putting his foot down and ending this issue as soon as possible.

Trump would also go as far as to call the decision to transition children “child abuse” and “child sexual mutilation,” which is a statement the media is bound to be in a frenzy about, however, his supporters are responding favorably to his comments.

According to Abigail Shrier’s book “Irreversible Damages,” 85% of those who seek gender-changing procedures of drugs end up regretting it later in life, as their bodies can not fully revert back to their original state.

While many legislators have been forced to pick and choose their battles, thus only allowing them to come after gender transition therapy for people of certain ages, Trump is seeking to end any and all federally funded gender transitioning.

Gender transition therapy is an industry that has boomed in the past few decades, with this ideology being spread more and more. As a result, children who aren’t old enough to drive or buy a drink have been able to receive elective double mastectomies and permanently alter their bodies. More common than these highly evasive surgeries are drug-based treatments used to transition. However, these come with issues of their own – including life-long endocrine/hormonal issues and possible infertility, heart problems, bones that never reach full density, and countless other irreversible issues.
