Tara Reade’s Social Media Warning

Tara Reade, the woman who accused then-Senator Joe Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993, posted a warning on social media this week. Reade stated that if something were to happen to her, she was “not suicidal,” and that “all roads lead to Joe Biden.” Reade alleged that she has been threatened, bullied, and intimidated by Biden’s campaign and the DNC political machine over the last three years.

Tara Reade took to Twitter, saying:

I want to make something clear. If something happens to me, all roads lead to Joe Biden. Joe Biden and DNC political machine threats, bullying and intimidation over the last three years will not work. I am not suicidal. I should not be under investigation nor am I a foreign agent. I am a private citizen. I was a former staffer of Joe Biden’s that has chosen to step forward to tell the truth. The tactics using intimidation and bullying to silence me and suppress me using DOJ and FBI and social media will not work. Leave me alone. I will testify under oath in Congress if asked to do so and tell what happened and what I know. The Biden corruption must end. Period Thank you @RepMTG and @mattgaetz for inviting me to testify and caring about the truth!”

According to the Daily Wire:

Reade alleged during the 2020 presidential election that in 1993 then-Senator Biden forced himself on her while she was a staffer in a deserted hallway of a Senate building and penetrated her with his fingers. After being almost entirely ignored by the mainstream media for weeks, Reade’s allegation was finally addressed by The New York Times in a much-scrutinized examination of Reade’s allegation that Biden’s campaign initially portrayed as having exonerated him, but which the Times made clear in a strong rebuke of Biden’s camp had not.

Reade documented the alleged assault in late March 2020, saying that it happened when a supervisor instructed her to take a gym bag to Biden.

“I handed him the thing. He greeted me. He remembered my name. And then we were alone,” Reade said. “It was the strangest thing. There was no like exchange really. He just had me up against the wall. I was wearing like a skirt, a business skirt.”

“It happened all at once … his hands were on me and underneath my clothes,” Reade continued. “Yeah, and he went down my skirt but then up inside it, and he penetrated me with his fingers, and he was kissing me at the same time, and he was saying something to me. He said several things. I can’t remember everything he said.”

In April 2019, then-California senator, Kamala Harris, spoke to reporters regarding allegations of inappropriate touching and kissing made against Joe Biden by several women, including a Nevada politician who claimed he kissed the back of her head during a 2014 campaign stop. Harris expressed her belief in the women and admiration for their courage in coming forward to share their stories, saying:

“I believe them, and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it.”

Reade’s Testimony and Call to End Biden Corruption

Tara Reade, who accused Joe Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993, stated that she is willing to testify under oath in Congress if asked to do so. She believes that the “Biden corruption” must end and thanked Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Matt Gaetz for inviting her to testify and caring about the truth. Reade also emphasized that she is a private citizen and should not be under investigation or labeled as a foreign agent. She further stated that she should not be threatened or intimidated by the Biden administration. Reade’s comments highlight her willingness to share her account of the alleged assault and her concerns regarding potential retaliation for doing so.
