Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, claimed to have met with Joe and Hunter Biden in 2017 to discuss a Chinese energy deal. Bobulinski attempted to confirm the allegation about President Joe Biden is the one referred to as the “big guy,” in which an email initially reported in 2020 by the New York Post was released to the public where Joe Biden is alleged to have emailed saying  “10 held by H for the big guy?” and provided evidence to Senate investigators and the FBI in April 2023.
