Trump Claims Georgia DA Had An Affair With Gang Member She Was Prosecuting

During a speech in New Hampshire, Donald Trump claimed that the Fulton County district attorney, who is expected to hand him his fourth indictment soon, is having an affair with a gang member. Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, has indicated that she anticipates this indictment within weeks, adding to criticisms of other district attorneys and attorney generals.

Trump said at his rally:

‘They say there’s a young woman, a young racist, in Atlanta, and they say, I guess, they say she was after a certain gang, she ended up having an affair with the head of the gang or a gang member,’

‘This is a person who wants to indict me. She’s got a lot of problems but she wants to indict me to try and run for some other office. She wants to indict me for a perfect phone call. This is even better than my perfect phone call with Ukraine.’

Meanwhile, DA Willis, who has been tough on gangs in Atlanta, expanding the gang unit, and pushing for anti-gang legislation, denies the allegation. She has made headlines for her work on the Trump case and for charging Young Thug, Gunna, and others involved with the Drug Rich Gang. It is unclear where Trump got the idea for his claim about Willis’s affair with a gang member.
