Another MASSIVE spending bill has been debated in Congress and like with any bill our representatives put forward it is loaded with utter nonsense unrelated to the matter at hand. 

The massive infrastructure bill, that will cost the public $3.5 trillion, might not even pass as a result of that high price tag. The reason for the high price tag is all the ridiculous measures Democrats in Congress added to the bill.
