Several Republican Attorney Generals have joined forces to sue the Biden Administration over immigration policy. The Biden Administration has restarted an immigration policy that former President Donald Trump repealed during the early days of his administration.

The policy in question is the CAM program, this policy allows for children from Central America to apply for refugee status and resettle in the United States, the program also allows for these children to open legal avenues for family members to immigrate into the United States.
