On Wednesday morning, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered a speech via Zoom to both chambers of Congress. During his speech, Zelenskyy pleaded for lawmakers to urgently provide aid to his country as Russia continues into its third week of the invasion. It’s currently estimated that some 2.5 million Ukrainians have fled the country.
