Nancy Pelosi caused Twitter to erupt when she attempted to explain the core of the justice system. She baffled it. She revealed how Democrats are trying to re-write our foundational principle: all people are innocent until proven guilty. Yet, Pelosi twisted this. She is helping DA Bragg do Biden’s dirty work. The democrats picked their political opponent and then they defined the law. In their twisted insanity, they can’t seem to remember the core message of what our legal system used to be before they messed it up. No, Nancy. President Trump does not have to have a trial to prove his innocence. He is supposed to be presumed innocent first, then have a trial. The Rule of Law in the United States has died.

What’s next for President Trump?

Now that President Trump has been bogusly indicted, what’s next?

Indictment
The Grand Jury only needs 12 out of 24 jurors to agree with indictment. This is a really low bar. It has not yet been made public how many grand jurors chose the indictment.

The Arrest and Extradition
After any individual is indicted, they are typically be arrested. It is rumored that President Trump will surrender peacefully on Tuesday. But here’s the catch. The Grand Jury is in Manhattan, NY. Trump resides in Florida. If Trump is to be arrested then the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, would be responsible for extraditing him to New York. However, Ron DeSantis, Trump’s most formidable opponent for 2024, had this to say about extradition.

After President Trump’s bogus indictment a.k.a. political persecution, Ron DeSantis reacted by saying that he would NOT cooperate in extraditing Trump from Florida.

The Charges
It is not yet public what the charges are. CNN has boasted that there will be over 30 bogus charges ranging from obstruction of justice to intimidation of witnesses. All charges that should only be misdemeanors for an event 7 years ago, but for the Democrats, they twisted and corrupted the rule of law.

The White House Reaction
Crickets. The White House has not reacted to the historical, bogus indictment of President Trump. They well know the part that they played in this political persecution, so they stay silent. What’s ironic is that citizens from other countries come to the United States on asylum from political persecution. Now, the United States has said that we will participate in persecuting OUR citizens politically. This sends a message that will reduce the amount of asylum seekers that come to the United States for protection from political persecution. The Democrats messed that up, too.
