Rumblings are coming in from different spheres urging Anthony “the Mooch” Scaramucci to come back to work for President Trump again. Much of that is from loyal fans that miss his style. While there are plenty of “Mooch” fans out there, not everybody is just a spectator rooting form the sidelines on Twitter.

In fact, people in the know who have the President’s ear are also rooting for the return of the “Mooch” Most notably, Rob Wasinger was rooting for the “Mooch” comeback, possibly for a bigger role than before. Wasinger is an influential Trump insider, was a liaison to Congress on behalf of the Trump campaign and a connected political operator. He’s all in for the “Mooch”.

This could mean that Trump allies are pulling for Scaramucci to replace Hope Hicks, who is outgoing Communications Director, a job he held just last year before a spat with Chief of Staff John Kelly. Given that Kelly has had his own problems lately, the “Mooch” may be a frontrunner to replace him, or he could even join the White House in another senior role. The “Mooch” had kind words for Hicks, who announced her departure this week.
Hope Hicks is a world class person and is going to go on to have an unbelievable career. She did an incredible job. The best is yet to come.

While we don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, we do know that the “Mooch’s” name keeps coming up.
