Joe Biden claimed that he was able to secure GOP votes for Obamacare while he was vice president. This simply isn’t the case, every Republican in the Senate voted against it and every Democrat voted for it as well as the two “Independents”. This was outright dishonest, nothing more and nothing short of that.
