Several conspiracy theories came to life over the organization that involved the topic of implanting microchips in individuals, mandatory vaccines, and 5G internet service. None of these things have been proven true nor is there any solid evidence to suggest any of them are remotely possible.  

The idea that this organization would provide individuals with microchips implanted in them as a digital ID is not their current goal, but the technology to do so is real. One company has offered microchips to individuals as a way to skip the ticket booth when getting on trains and other public commodities, although many ethical and security questions have been raised on this effort and will continue to be raised as the technology is explored further. 

While the idea of making vaccines mandatory for all has been popular among some circles of political thought for a long time it has been rejected time and time again. ID2020 has announced no plan to make a legislative effort that would mandate vaccines.

5G is a controversial subject on its own and has nothing to do with ID2020 despite what some are claiming online. 5G is an upgrade to the current telecommunications infrastructure that has been met with pushback from many in the scientific community and communities across the nation due to fears it does more harm than good.
