4.) Supply Chain changes

With the Coronavirus outbreak, we saw several major disruptions to the supply chain, some of them were caused by China hoarding supplies while others revealed issues deep in the system. Many began buying goods that were shelf-stable so they would not have to go out as often, this coupled with the fact that restaurants were no longer buying fresh produce stores had to throw out meat and vegetables that people were no longer buying.
