Trump’s Policies Lead To Child Trafficking Crackdown

In April President Trump signed a new law that gives prosecutors more power to go after websites that are involved in child sex trafficking.

On Tuesday a major bust was made where 120 missing children were found in Michigan during a child sex trafficking sting.

According to WISN:

More than 120 children were recovered in Detroit as part of an initiative to find victims of sex trafficking, according to officials.

The U.S. Marshals Service found 123 children on Sept. 26 out of the total 301 cases they were investigating.

All the children who were recovered were interviewed by authorities. Investigators said at least three of the children showed signs that they were victims of sex trafficking or sexually victimized.

The sweep took place over the course of one day in Wayne County, Michigan.

The President has made this a top priority of his administration and it looks like major progress is being made to protect the victims of this horrific crime.
