What Trump Will Do if Second Coronavirus Wave Hits

President Trump said “we are not closing our country” if a second wave of coronavirus infection takes form in the United States.

While Trump acknowledged a second wave is a “very distinct possibility,” he said “we are going to put out the fires. We’re not going to close the country.”

“We can put out the fires. Whether it is an ember of a flame, we are going to put it out, but we are not closing our country,” he exclaimed.

Trump revealed this as he answered questions during his tour of a Ford factory in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

The media once again lambasted the President during his tour for not wearing a mask.

It’s likely Trump – who understands how the media and television work – knows that if he wears a mask in front of the cameras the image will live forever. He also understands that the longer he resists the media’s insistence on him wearing a mask the more they will talk about it foolishly.
