4.) Random Individuals 

The massive wave of bans on Youtube took down so many accounts that it is nearly impossible to find out all the channels that were banned in any short amount of time. This said if Youtube was trying to target White Supremacist content they have failed. This kind of content is still only a few clicks away, and even worse it takes even less time to find radical left-wing videos and they are never the target of any major bans, certainly not on a scale like this.
