Trump sought to bring more aid to those left unemployed by the Coronavirus. Like many of the other executive orders Trump made, this one is of questionable legality.The Obama administration was no stranger to this kind of executive order and they had little push back from the courts, this is one of the few political issues that is truly up in the air as to who is right or wrong.
