4.) A Threat To the First Amendment

Kamala Harris is a major threat to the first amendment, this is evident by an incident in 2016 where she raided a journalists apartment to seize documents and videos that were part of an undercover investigation into Planned Parenthood’s sale of body parts. This occurred under the order of Harris who was the Attorney General of California at the time and this was undoubtedly a violation of civil liberties and the first amendment.
