The Liberal senator briefly mentioned the president and first lady’s diagnosis but clearly used her platform to criticize how the president has responded to COVID-19 even attempting to say the president disregarded the health of the American people. Warren also claimed Trump “spent months undermining the work of our doctors and scientists” and that he “mocked” Americans for wearing masks.
