Trump Team Faces Off Against Philly Officials Violating Judge’s Election Order

The Trump campaign won a legal battle today in Pennsylvania, allowing Republican poll watchers to safely observe ballot counting while administering to COVID-10 precautions. Though a judge ruled that observers may be six feet away from ballot counters Philadelphia officials are using dubious tactics to violate the order.

In a report from The Daily Wire:

The legal battle, however, is not being effectively enforced, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi argued. While they pushed barricades around the ballot counting to six feet, she said, the ballot machines have been pushed to the back of the room, far beyond the six-feet barrier outlined in the legal ruling.

“Philadelphia update!!! Judge orders observers allowed in ballot counting! We were still Denied access so ALL voting has ceased!” Bondi celebrated on Twitter at around 11 a.m. Eastern Time.

“We plan on entering that building right now and legally observing,” Bondi also said, according to The New York Daily News. “If there is one illegal vote cast, it takes away from the great men and women of Pennsylvania who came out and issued a legal vote.”

Corey Lewandowski published a video of himself and Bondi speaking with a private lawyer working for the city of Philadelphia. In the video, Hangley argues that they are not violating the order and that the city is evaluating the judge’s order.

However, they were not able to monitor the ballot counts as Philadelphia officials violated the judge’s direct order by moving ballot machines.

Pennsylvania remains one of the last states to declare a clear winner in the state. The Trump team previously declared they had won the Keystone State on Wednesday but a final call has yet to be made. President Trump needs the swing state’s 20 electoral votes to win re-election.
