Pennsylvania: Election Observation
The Trump campaign filed suit to be allowed to observe Philadelphia’s vote counting process from a six-foot distance after election officials were accused of “hiding the ballot counting and processing from our Republican poll observers.” The campaign won the initial court battle, but the city’s election officials appealed the decision.
