State law requires a recount if the margin between the two leading candidates is within 0.1%. Kate Hobbs, Arizona’s Secretary of State, has been openly skeptical regarding the chances of a recount saying that while the margins are close she doubts a recount will occur. As of Monday according to Decision Desk, Joe Biden was leading with 49.50% of votes to Trump’s 49.00%.
