Wisconsin state law says that a recount may be ordered if the final margin is within 1%. The recount must be ordered within one business day of the results being certified. The Trump campaign has signaled its plan to request a ballot recount. According to Decision Desk on Monday Joe Biden had 49.57% of votes over Trump’s 48.94%.
