Governor Gretchen Whitmer has enacted a three-week “pause” just in time for Thanksgiving. High schools and colleges must stop in-person learning and restaurants are closed for indoor dining. The Democrat governor has also suspended organized sports, including football playoffs. Gov. Whitmer’s new set of rules also closes entertainment facilities and restricts indoor and outdoor social gatherings.
